—01. A gift from somebody special.
This if my first pair of Tricker's. I've been craving a pair of chunky scotch grain brogues for nearly a year, and this pair couldn't have hit the spot any better. Heavy, chunky, tough, unbeastable and unbeatable.
The Weeknd has taken over. Now three releases deep, and heavily featured on Drake's latest, the mysterious TO crew has developed a unique sound, that is undeniably enticing. I have really enjoyed them since their first release, House of Ballons. Their third, Echos of Silence is just as good, maybe even better.

The Dowel base is an interesting one. It seems more people I know dislike the wood base, compared to those who prefer it. Personally I am a fan, and I would like to find a nice set of two for myself.

Attended the last show of the Watch the Throne tour this weekend. I'm a fan of both emcees and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert, even hearing the last song ten times in a row.

Really beautiful little book I got on my last day in Tokyo. It features the catalog of work from Papier Labo and a behind the scenes look at some of their letter press and zine making.

The Wtaps 'GIP' store in Tokyo was one of my favorites in the whole city. It's beautifully done and is filled with great product. Of course, the only things I could afford were mugs, pens and incense - unfortunately the incense was sold out on my second trip to the GIP store.
—01. Reigning Champ for G.F.C. training pants.
We finally launched a small online shop for out football team, Gastown F.C. I started the team with Owen and Miles and we've had some good success so far, possibly the biggest success is off the field, with the launch of our collaboration with Vancouver locals, Reigning Champ.
